Undisputable fact #1: Correctly maintained & functioning suspension is critical to off road performance.

Engine oil is changed in most off road bikes every few hours to prevent mechanical failure; but how many of you are proactive about your suspension?

Suspension oil will degrade much faster than commonly expected under the ultra-harsh conditions off road bikes are expected to work in. Once this happens, wear, damage and a drop in performance is inevitable. Protect your suspension like you do you engine and feel the difference.

All the gear
but any idea?
Undisputable fact #2: Any £ spent on suspension servicing, set-up or upgrades will pay back 10x any investment on jazzy graphics.
OK; we do agree that they do look good first ride out... But are they critical to the handling, stability and grip of your bike like your suspension is? Not a chance.
It's the same story with the factory looking exhaust. It may look great and squirt you at the corner faster but does it help you help you around it when you get there? Still no.

Suspension servicing and tuning is key to unlocking your bike's potential, irrespective of whether that be lap-time improvements or comfort on the trails.
